As Director of Software Operations with Qualifacts Systems, Inc, he was responsible for the oversight and management of customer implementations of the company’s CareLogic application. Mr. McCaslin has served as vice president, senior director, manager, project manager, project architect, database architect, and software developer. Mr. McCaslin has specialized in the development and operational management of software development teams over his career.
